Modern editing
Text stays editable as a text layer until an operation such as rotate, merge or flatten rasterizes it. Use Move to drag the active layer and Crop to drag a crop rectangle directly on the canvas.

Canvas background
Use the Canvas background control in the Colors panel to switch between a solid color and transparency without changing paint-layer pixels.
Privacy & offline
Paint VTRX performs editing locally, stores recovery data in IndexedDB, and does not upload imported images. After the first successful load the service worker makes the editor available offline.
Formats
Open PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF first frame, BMP where the browser decodes it, safe rasterized SVG, and .vtrxpaint projects. Export PNG, JPEG and WebP.
